Mr. Hansoo Kim has joined the Department of Mechanics, Structures and Materials (DMSM) at ISAE-SUPAERO in Toulouse, France, as a visiting researcher to establish cooperative ties for research.

ISAE-SUPAERO, a prestigious institution renowned for excellence in the fields of mechanical and aerospace engineering, is hosting Mr. Kim from June 2024 to July 2024.

During his stay, Mr. Kim will be supervised by Professor Christian Gogu, focusing on a research project titled "A study on Bayesian-based signal acquisition and physics-AI model for next-generation aircraft structure damage estimation."

This research aims to develop a fault diagnosis method for drive and structural damage in Urban Air Mobility (UAM) vehicles, advancing the field of damage diagnostics for next-generation aircraft.
