Mr. Yunhan Kim has joined the Centre for Maintenance Optimization and Reliability Engineering (C-MORE) in University of Toronto, Canada, to establish cooperative ties for research and scholarly exchange as a visting scholar. 

C-MORE, a research centre on the campus of the University of Toronto, is a world-class research group in the field of condition-based maintenance and asset management for industrial systems. Prof. Chi-Guhn Lee, the director of C-MORE, is an expert in the field of reliability and maintenance for industrial systems using dynamic optimization and deep reinforcement learning. C-MORE aims to bridge academia and industry; it has executed abundant research projects for condition-based maintenance and physical asset management.

During his visiting, he performs researches about prognostics and health management of industrial gearboxes considering data imbalance. The visiting period is from September 1st to November 30th in 2021. This research is funded by Globalink Research Award from National Research Foundation of Korea and Mitacs Canada.
